The E20-120 Content Management Foundations Exam is being updated, with the changes going into effect on September 2, 2011. The following topics are being included in the updated exam:
- CenterStage search features (Search ranking / limit search results)
- Queues (Process Builder Workqueues)
- Configuration of workflow reports and dashboards
- Business Activity Monitor (BAM)
- TaskSpace
- Process Reporting Services (PRS)
- Integrating workflows with external systems (Process Integrator)
- High-Volume Server (HVS)
- Lightweight SysObjects (LWSO)
The E20-120 Content Management Foundations Exam descriptions have not been updated since August,2011! Please focus on Process Builder functionality and HVS core functions.
